The Advisory Service for Executive Branch, SNPA, and PAC Relations (APAC-EX) reports to the Presidency of Embrapa. APAC-EX has the following tasks:

  • Coordinating with the Executive Board in the planning and management of projects and funds under the PAC-Embrapa growth acceleration program, as well as assisting Embrapa in the relationship with the Brazilian Executive Branch and the National Agricultural Research System (SNPA).
  • Defining the articulation of partnerships and strategic institutional actions with the Executive Board to enhance the execution of the projects foreseen in the PAC-Embrapa.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the achievement of PAC-Embrapa goals, the application of funds that have been allocated to the program, and the results achieved, while proposing appropriate adjustments when necessary, for the sake of organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Advising the Executive Board on public policy discussions, to improve the regulatory environment and implement corporate relation strategies with the Executive Branch.
  • Guiding and supporting managers of Central and Decentralized Units in the relationship with the Executive Branch and SNPA.
  • Advice on the development of the corporate strategy for Embrapa's institutional relationship process with the Brazilian Executive Branch and SNPA.
  • Guiding and coordinating institutional relationship actions with the Executive Branch and SNPA regarding Embrapa's continuous contributions to Public Policies and Regulatory Frameworks, stakeholder management, strengthening the budget and institutional image.
