• Research and its dissemination are integral to the construction of scientific knowledge. This is why Embrapa, recognized for its excellence in agricultural research, also edits open-access scientific journals to share results with the scientific community. This open access allows teachers, students, technicians, and other institutions, public and private, national and international, to bring scientific knowledge to society and its different realities.

    Embrapa’s Portal for Journals (EPJ) is part of this communication and scientific-cooperation strategy. The EPJ was developed to widen the interaction between Embrapa and authors, readers, the academia, and agricultural research institutions.

    The Agrometeoros scientific journal is the successor of Revista Brasileira de Agrometeorologia (RBA) that circulated from 1993 to 2008. It is the official scientific journal of Sociedade Brasileira de Agrometeorologia (SBAgro). It publishes original scientific contributions, state-of-the-art reviews, technical notes, and reports on national and international experiences in the field of Agrometeorology.

    Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira (PAB) is a continuous and open-access journal published by Embrapa. It is responsible for publishing original research articles that cover a wide range of topics related to agriculture, such as agrometeorology, crop science, soil science, entomology, epidemiology, animal science, genetics and plant and animal breeding, and food technology.
