Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the State University of Western Paraná (UNIOESTE, 2003), a master's degree in Agroindustrial Production and Management from the University for the Development of the State and the Pantanal Region (UNIDERP, 2009), and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the School of Economics, Business Administration, Accounting and Actuarial Science at the University of São Paulo (FEA/USP, 2024). Serves as an analyst at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa Agrossilvipastoril, Sinop/MT), working in the field of technology transfer with an emphasis on innovation asset management, technology impact assessment, and partnership management and negotiation. Since 2025, has been the supervisor of the Technology Assessment and Foresight Division at Embrapa Agrossilvipastoril. Between 2013 and 2021, held the position of Deputy Head of Administration at the same unit. Also works as a part-time lecturer at the State University of Mato Grosso (Unemat), affiliated with the undergraduate program in Accounting. Professional experience includes corporate accounting and higher education teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels in the fields of Business Administration and Accounting. Doctoral research focused on the relationships between researchers from public research institutions and companies, with an emphasis on social capital, market orientation, and technological readiness. Since 2023, is a member of the Decide research group on organizational decision-making at USP, and since 2025 has participated in the Acelera Business extension project, coordinated by Unemat and funded by FAPEMAT, which focuses on innovation and regional entrepreneurship.
